Shipping is free within the United States. There is no minimum order value and no additional shipping cost at checkout for eligible U.S. orders.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time is typically 1–2 business days, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York Time) begin processing on the same business day. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, Monday through Saturday.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment confirmation.

You can request a return for unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any item via email at info@mensoutlethouse.com so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If an item was delivered incorrectly or is defective, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
